Twelve Clans Shareholder Meeting

We are pleased to announce our upcoming shareholder meeting on December 7 at the District 1 Community Center in Black River Falls, Wisconsin.  This meeting is open to all tribal members aged 18 and older who meet the Nation's voting requirements. You have the opportunity to join us either in person or online this year.

Doors will open at 10 AM, offering breakfast and coffee from Better Than Your Mom's Frybread. At 10:30 am, the meeting will start. During the meeting, Twelve Clans leadership will share our vision, key company updates, and current endeavors. 

In-person attendees will also have the chance to participate in a drawing for prizes, including Native-made jewelry, sports tickets, and gift cards. Please note that only those attending in person are eligible for the drawing this year, though we aim to include virtual attendees in the future.

No pre-registration is required, please bring your Tribal ID or other proof of enrollment, along with your State ID. You will sign in using our online registration system or by scanning a QR code upon check-in. Once signed in, you’ll receive:

1. The annual report and some fun stickers.
2.  An optional entry for our prize drawing, featuring items like Native-made jewelry, mugs, sporting tickets, and other special prizes.
